World Class Academy is an innovative, high quality early childhood education center with a mission to create an engaging and interactive learning environment for young children in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. We require our teachers to:
- Possess a FCCPC (CDA certificate)
- Have a loving, joyful disposition
- Be respectful toward the children, families, and staff
- Be team players
- Have the ability to guide children to kindly interact with one another
- Be able to effectively communicate a child’s progress and challenges with parents
- Emphasize positives when offering possible solutions for challenges
